There comes a moment when something no longer fits.
A pattern, a weight, a feeling of disconnection…
or a quiet knowing that there is more available to you than what

you are currently living. Shamanic healing is one of the oldest ways

humanity has worked with this threshold, a path of reconnecting with

your essence, restoring balance, and remembering your power.

This is the oldest approach to healing known to humanity. Shamans held the role of a healer for thousands of years. They looked around themselves and at nature, its elements, plants, and animals, discovering that Mother Earth holds solutions to almost anything. They also looked within themselves, trying to understand the connections between a person’s inner states and external conditions and imbalances, finding that everything is connected

part of the same totallity.

They explored all possible allies of our being and the world around us through different mediums: meditation, plant medicines, diets, retreats, analyzing dreams, and finding multiple threads and connections between what we call the visible and invisible worlds. They stood as mediators between these worlds, hearing messages and passing them on, often helping people better understand themselves and bringing balance and harmony within and around them.

The approach of a shaman is always holistic. When working with a person, they analyze the situation from every available perspective, starting with the mental state of the individual, their attitude toward themselves, their perception, and their immediate surroundings, including family situation, work-life balance, and their place within the community.

They look at all of this together, usually within a ceremonial context, often called a shamanic healing. During such a session, the shaman uses many different mediums to restore balance: a song, a prayer, a drawing, instruments such as drums or rattles, their hands, and above all, their intention and imagination.

In Western culture, we often tend to over-rationalize everything, living far from nature and the natural rhythms of our being, losing the ability to hear what our body and mind are trying to tell us. The function of the shaman is to bring back that perspective, to shed light on areas of our lives that have not received attention for a long time, if ever. They help us walk out of the labyrinths of rational thinking that can trap us in loops of depression, self-doubt, and low self-esteem, bridging the unknown to awareness. By shedding the light of attention, transformation occurs, and what follows is improved mental and physical well-being.

Illumination Healing

For thousands of years, multiple cultures, religions, shamans, and mystics have all pointed to that place we visit every night. A space where we spend one third of our lives. Nonlinear, abstract, existing in the deep, foreign lands of our consciousness. Uncharted territory for most, yet seen by some. Fascinating and terrifying. Illusory and seemingly nonexistent.

Gautama Buddha said many times that all we see is but a dream. Ancient Egyptians had their dream temples covered with blue lotus flowers. Tibetans have their Dream Yoga. Hindu traditions speak of Yoga Nidra. Daoist, Sufi, Aboriginal, and Native American traditions all worked with dreaming. Ancient Greeks practiced dream incubation, Pre-Columbian Mesoamerican traditions. Across these traditions, there is a common thread. They do not distinguish between the reality of the dreamer and

the world around them. They say it is all one dream.

But what does it really mean for us? That our thoughts, beliefs and actions our patterns of behaviour as we express them, build scaffolds of understanding that our consciousness presents to us as a "reality."

Not in a way that reflects its full rich potential, but skewed and limited by our traumas, limiting beliefs, and other wounds we carry on through life.

And like in a vicious magical fairytale, bad ideas manifest bad dreams, reinforcing themselfs about the confused state we are in, keeping us in the painful place of a victim, rescuer or perpetrator.... and the pattern continues, until we start paying attention to that loop, illuminating that part of our consciousness that automatically falls into these patterns.

We cut the vicious circle.

During the Illumination healing we look into these parts of us, dark to our conscious mind, but always alive in our subconsciousness, streaming reality to our senses. Often covered with dark webs of parasitic energies, heavy memories and illusory coverings, and prisons we have often subconsciously place on ourselves.

Soul Retrievial

Following the shamanic view of the world, we should look at the one that experiences it all. There are many levels of understanding this complex process of perception. Shamanic views stay away from religious

frameworks and instead work with all that is directly available

to the one that experiences it all.

Although traditions may vary slightly in terminology, they all agree

that we are not our bodies, but that we have a body. This is the first

level of individuality. It is perceived more like a costume we wear

in order to participate in the dream of Planet Earth.

Our bodies are made from the elements of the planet, yet they reflect something more, an energy body, a luminous energy body that we carry

with us from one life to another. Something we may call a soul, though

not in a religious sense.

In many religions, the soul is given by a god and cannot be lost, only condemned due to immoral actions. In the shamanic view, the soul is

another vehicle of the Source - the Great Spirit - the ultimate intelligence

of the universe that acts, learns, and experiences itself through endless points of view, directions, and universes upon universes.

This vehicle can fragment due to traumatic experiences such as accidents, abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), sudden loss or grief, medical procedures, or intense fear.

The dream world of our reality is vast and without boundaries, extending as far as our imagination. Within this vastness, parts of the soul can split away, waiting for the right moment to be safely reintegrated.

The role of the shaman is to find these parts, understand the reasons for their separation, and create the right conditions for reintegration.

Some symptoms of soul loss include: feeling that something is missing, emotional numbness or inability to feel deeply, a sense of emptiness or inner void, feeling disconnected from yourself or your life, lack of joy, meaning, or purpose, persistent fatigue or low energy, sleep disturbances, tension held in the body (especially in the neck, shoulders, and chest), feeling ungrounded or not fully present in the body, weakened resilience or getting ill more easily, and others.

Power Retrieval

The topic of power in shamanism is incredibly vast and potent, inspiring many narratives in movies and Netflix series. It speaks about personal power, but what does that really mean in the shamanic sense? It is the ability to act upon one's intent.

As simple as this definition may seem, it actually describes a complex set of conditions and realisations that together form what we call personal power.

It begins with physical vitality. In many shamanic traditions around the world, physical sickness is seen as a symptom of power loss. Another layer lies in one's beliefs about one's own capabilities, as these directly affect the ability to act and express power. Then comes awareness, the personal soul story, and beyond that, one's connection to the spirit world.

Shamans work with different energies and realms, and through these connections they can find the missing threads of one's power and weave them back into the person. This may come as knowledge, fragments of soul history, or as plant and animal spirit allies, revealing strengths and abilities from new perspectives, and ultimately restoring the ability to act with power upon one's intent, allowing one to become the best and most wholesome version of oneself.

Entity Extraction

In many temples, ceremonies and churches we often see a lot of smoke of an incense being burned everywhere. Cleaning is very important, if not the most important part of any spiritual activity, but why does this come consistently with such importance? It is all about our attention, and what follows that attention - energy and action.

As we established earlier, we all co-create this dream world we call "reality" continuously without stopping. It is a vast and complex universe and it is never empty, always filled with spirits, forces, beings of a different nature and purpose for their existence.

Whenever our energetic body goes out of balance, it creates a void, an opening or gap in our energetic field which is often filled with energy or emotion similar to the emotion or an experience that caused that gap. Traumatic experiences carry the wounds of loss, hunger, victimhood and confusion etc. In the universe as vast as imagination there is always some energy that fits these energetic openings. Infesting our body and mind, but how does that actually look? As everything in our world, it starts from a simple idea that loops and twists our perception, creating unreasonable excessive needs and compulsive behaviours that crave certain emotions and needs which are destructive to our wellbeing on all levels. And like on a body level, sugar cravings are often a symptom of parasites in our digestive system, emotional and compulsive emotional cravings tell us about energetic infestation. In the shamanic world we do not judge things as good and evil. We cannot see light without darkness, and every being is on its way to wholeness, doing its best to fulfil its needs, even if that makes us the host and provider of their energy.

The role of the shaman is not only the removal of such entities (which are in fact just doing what is part of their nature), but also restoring the balance and finding the reason for the imbalance that created the gap in the first place and apply the correct antidote to it,

Answers and strategies required here are unlimited and can be described as everything that we need to fulfil our wholeness. And as long as we are on our path to fullness, there will always be times where we slip into imbalance, and there those dark energies will always show up for food, giving us a clue how better we can act on the path to our ultimate freedom.

Some of the symptoms may include: intrusive and repeatitive thoughts that feel not fully your own, sudden negative thought loops, mental fog or confusion, distorted perception, feeling mentally pushed or influenced without any visible reason, emotions arising without clear cause, amplified fear, anger, shame or grief, sudden mood swings, emotional states that feel foreign or exaggerated - actiong out of ones character, unexplained fatigue or energy drain, feeling depleted after certain people or places, loss of drive or inner strength, heaviness or pressure in the body, compulsive habits or urges, repeating destructive cycles, difficulty stopping certain behaviors, feeling not fully yourself, sense of displacement or not fully in the body, difficulty staying present, feeling like something is with you, pressure in specific areas of the body, tightness in chest, throat or solar plexus, restlessness or inability to relax, disturbed sleep or uneasy dreams.

Despacho Ceremonies

We all have heard about Buddhists making their beautiful mandalas, Hindus their pujas and yantras, Islamic Qurbani, or Jewish Korban. We all have our desires and dreams of happiness, creative ideas and passions for what we may experience and enjoy in our lives, things like a new house, a new job, a successful business, a great inspiring new partner, health and prosperity.

A part of happiness is also to let go of things that no longer serve us, but for whatever reason are still lingering in our field. Negative patterns, old relationships, destructive tendencies.

Despacho is a sacred offering ceremony, where we collect tangible things and infuse them with our intentions and offerings. Depending on what kind of despacho we make, we prepare it differently, where items reflect the nature of the offering.

Despacho becomes the bridge of communication between us and the dreaming world around us - Mother Earth, mountains and cosmic forces. Communication is based on reciprocity, we bring our offering to them and we thank for the things we receive in return as if they would already happen.

We transform our intention into embodiment of action, and act as if that has already taken place. By doing it we start to resonate in alignment with things that we desire, and the universe resonates them back to us.

That sacred reciprocity reminds us about the importance of keeping the right relationships, balanced exchange and mutual nourishment between the worlds and different parts of our being.

We start with the meaning, bringing energy and acting with intention, recreating what a dream-like universe does every time something happens.

Despachos, once finished, are released to different elements - fire, water or earth - transmuted into different realms of consciousness, unseen realms of reality we live in.

Emotional and physical healing

As we move through life, we gather experiences and knowledge from this epic journey. Each event, each difficulty, and each trauma leaves an imprint on us. Often in childhood we are placed in situations that require us to adapt to unhealthy surroundings, abusive parents, or environments filled with hatred and bullying, where extremes become the new "normal" and our survival depends on our ability to adjust.

As we grow and move into healthier and more supportive environments, these survival patterns are no longer needed. Yet they continue to operate beneath the surface, shaping our decisions, perception, and sense of self-worth, and they do not resolve without conscious, intentional work.

We cannot heal what we do not see. Everything begins with perception and acceptance. From there, we can assess the situation and choose an appropriate path forward. The path of every shaman leads through one's own shadows and wounds, that is where the journey starts for every healer, to resolve one's own issues and heal oneself first.

Thanks to these experiences of one's own journey, one can relate and recognize the threads and wounds that need to be healed, so one can walk more wholesomely and consciously decide on one's own life.

The role of the shaman is to recognise this wounded inner child that lives within us, to communicate with it, and to support its integration, or to guide the person through processes that allow these patterns to be understood and resolved.

Please note that The Shamanic process is complimentary therapy and does not replace professional medical advice and care.  You should always follow the advice of your GP and your trained professional healthcare providers.

Curse Removal

It may feel strange to the rational mind to speak about something like a curse, something we often associate with fantasy books, tabloids, or medieval stories about witches and mages.

Yet in a shamanic sense, curses can be understood as consciously directed negative patterns or intentions placed upon another. These patterns, or programs, operate within the field of reality, attaching themselves and repeating through the life of the person.

While the reasons behind such actions are usually rooted in pain and lack, even everyday negative speech or intention toward others can contribute to the creation of such patterns. These influences may also be ancestral or collective, embedded within the systems and lineages we are born into.

They persist through attention, energy, and often unconscious participation.

Signs may include repeated patterns of failure, situations collapsing in similar ways, loss of direction, unexplained restriction, or a sense that life itself is working against you.

And like everything in a shamanic world, they can be cleared and dissolved by bringing the light of our attention and intent. The shaman’s work here is to understand these energetic imprints, the way they attach to the person, clear them out and apply a strategic antidote to break the pattern and allow life to move again.

Contract Breaking

Contracts are formed whenever there is an intense emotional charge, intention, spoken or unspoken agreement and exchange of energy or power. Everyone can easily bring multiple versions of such contracts, starting from marriages, land ownership, to simple “I will never be like my father or mother.” All of them bind us to patterns and behaviours that create energetic cords or programs of action that push us towards the fulfilment of the agreement.

The reasons for such agreements vary and they are often aligned with the limited conditions we find ourselves in at a given time. Our life changes, but these energetic cords keep us back from moving on with our lives.

How do contracts show up? Loyalty to suffering or limitation, inner voice saying “this is just how it is,” sense of obligation without clear reason, repeating life patterns that feel “fixed,” feeling bound to people or

situations etc.

The shaman’s work here is to withdraw consent from such agreements that are no longer aligned with your being. This requires finding out what the contract is, how it has originated and what it binds, and through conscious acknowledgment breaking its energetic structure by cutting it, so the agreement no longer stands, helping us move from cyclical and repetitive patterns of behaviours.

Breaking it is the act of reclaiming your right to choose again.

ABOUT US
Testimonials
flowerbgBrown.jpg
Chris offers an exceptional healing modality, which is clearly a very deep and profound medicine to come along with. With his humble, kind and humorous nature he held the space in a loving, safe, non-judgmental and still honest way, so I was able to become aware and recalibrate myself. “My picture” is a source of inspiration on a daily basis and has a depth to it, that I never known before.
I was surprised by his accuracy and vast treasure of knowledge and experience and love the way he playfully brought light to dark places of unawareness. This is way more than someone doing a healing. I loved that I was taken into accountability to apply the methods provided (aspiration prayers) and it helped me immensely to ground myself, practice, expand my awareness and inspire me on a soul level.
Highly recommended ❤️
